All apartments are located on the Villamartin Plaza and are very well equipped and have lounge/dining areas, separate bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The dining areas seat 6 people minimum and the living rooms have Satellite tv, dvd, cd player, room fans and heaters and a variety of books and board games. The famous Villamartin golf course entrance is only a 2 minute walk away and Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are within a 5 minutes drive.TheVillamartin Plaza has a vast selection of bars, restaurants and  shops, including a bank and  supermarket  and it is less than  a 5 minute drive to the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Campoamor. Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive away with its beautiful marinas and harbour and varied street markets and night life etc. 

Superb communal pool  for residents use only accessed with a key, with childrens shallow play area and quiet sunbathing terraces overlooking the pool. Outdoor shower and picnicking area. All within one minute walk from the apartments.

La Zenia beach, where you will find numerous beach bars and cafe/restaurants. Lifeguards are on patrol for added safety.

  Villamartin Golf course is a par 72, 6132m or 6706 yards established prestigious course. Established for 30 years and Professional golf tournaments have been held here. Only a 2 minute walk from the Plaza !! Las Ramblas and Campoamor Golf courses are within a 5 minute drive from the Plaza. All are sufficiently challenging and in excellent condition with superb views around the course.

Another blue flag beach only a 6 minute drive from the Villamartin Plaza, easy parking and childrens area and climbing frame on the sand.  Restuarant on the beach and lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Large marina and watersport courses available on the site.
